Competition rules
Purpose of the competition
These rules define the terms of participation in the internal photo competition organized by bpostgroup. The purpose of this competition is to encourage employees to have a bit of fun sharing their ideas and creativity during this busy period, while embodying the spirit of a “heartworker”.
Competition dates
The competition will be based on the following schedule, which will also be announced on the competition website:
- Challenge 1: Launched on 6 November 2024 (until 22 November 2024)
- Announcement of the winners of Challenge 1: 2 December 2024
- Challenge 2: Launched on 22 November (until 6 December 2024)
- Announcement of the winners of Challenge 2: 13 December 2024
- Challenge 3: Launched on 6 December 2024 (until 27 December 2024)
- Announcement of the winners of Challenge 3: 6 January 2025
Eligibility
If you are an employee of Active Ants, Apple Express, bpost, bpostgroup, Dynagroup, Landmark Global, Radial you can enter the competition and there are no age restrictions. We may contact the human resources team to check your eligibility.

The competition is organized by bpost SA, a limited liability company under public law with registered offices at Anspach Boulevard 1 box 1, 1000 Brussels BE 0214.596.464. If you have any questions about the competition, please contact [email protected].
How to participate
To take part, you must take a photo related to the theme announced for each challenge. Your photo must be submitted via the dedicated competition website before the dates specified in “Competition dates” above. You must send your photos using the submission form on the competition website.
Selection of winners
Winners will be selected at random based on a randomly generated number, which will correspond to the order in which your photos were submitted. If your entry is selected, it will be verified to ensure that you have adhered to all participation rules.
Announcement of winners
If you've won, you'll be notified by email. Your first name and company name will be made public on the challenge website and on internal displays. Results will be announced during the launch of the next challenge.
Prize information
All winners will receive a 25 euro gift voucher, or the equivalent value in the winner's local currency; except for Radial employees residing in Poland, who will be treated to a lunch or dinner valued at 25 euros. Prizes may not be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
Prize delivery
Prizes will generally be delivered via email, though some may be delivered by post or in person. If you’ve won, you will be informed of the prize delivery details at the time of claiming your prize.
Acceptance of the rules
By taking part in this competition, it is assumed that you accept these rules without reservation. bostgroup reserves the right to modify these rules if necessary, and will notify you before making modifications.
